Shipping & Returns

All Parts are sold for off-road use only. Installing these parts on your vehicle may render it illegal to operate on public roads. If you have questions regarding the legality of any part, please contact your local DMV.

Pricing is subject to change. We try to update the pricing on the web page as often as possible, however, it may not be 100% accurate, 100% of the time due to constantly changing market pricing. All electrical & special order parts sales are final.

All “Used” or “Closeout” items are sold “As Is” and are not returnable.

Any orders that have been placed, then subsequently canceled before the parts have been shipped, will be charged a 10% fee. Please be aware that once an order is placed, the credit card will be charged for the full amount (unfortunately, the “honor system” is no longer a viable option these days). This 10% charge is to cover the credit card brokerage fees incurred by JNZ Tuning for the two transactions.

If ordered parts are on backorder, you will be notified as soon as we are made aware of the fact. You will have the option to cancel your order at this time. Any cancellations after this point, will be subject to a restocking fee. There will be no exceptions to this rule, including reasons beyond your control, such as your car was stolen/totaled/sold, etc.


No returns will be accepted without original invoice.

No returns after 30 days.

Refunds on shipping/handling will not be granted on return items.

No refunds or credits will be granted on any parts having evidence of being installed or used for testing.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning any parts for any reason. Any errors in your order must be reported within 2 business days of being marked “delivered” by the shipping company. This gives you ample time to check your invoice against the contents of the package. After this time frame, no corrections will be made.
All acceptable returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. “Acceptable Returns” is defined as a product in new and unused condition with all of the packaging and paperwork. If any of these conditions are not met, the parts will be returned to the customer at their expense and not credited.

Refunds will be made in the original manner in which it was received. I.E., if you pay by credit card, the refund will be applied to the credit card that it was issued on and no other. In the case of cash or check being the form of original payment, a company check will be issued.

Shipping and Handling:

If damage to a package occurs during shipping, the claim must be filed with the shipping company. Please contact us for information such as the tracking number before contacting the shipping company to initiate the claim. JNZ Tuning will not be responsible for shipping damages. If you disagree with this disclaimer, please make arrangements to pick your parts up.
All packages will be shipped “Adult Signature Required” to the billing address of the credit card used. If you cannot sign for the package, and wish to have the driver leave the package at your doorstep, you alone will be responsible if it becomes lost/stolen. There will be *NO* exceptions made to this rule. Please note that if you opt to have the package left at your doorstep, the decision to do such is at the discretion of the delivery person. We have no control over this decision.

In the event that a package is lost by the shipping company, we will gladly initiate a claim with said company, however, we will not ship out replacement parts until the shipping company pays the claim.


Part(s) are sold “AS IS” . The only Warranties applying to this part(s) are those which may be offered by the Manufacturer. The Selling Dealer (JNZ Tuning) hereby expressly disclaims all Warranties, either expressed or implied, including and implied Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it and liability in connection with the sale of this part(s) and/or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the Selling Dealer (JNZ Tuning) any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages. In addition, expressly excluded is any Dealer Liability for defects pertaining to safety or performance, by way of “Strict Liability” negligence or otherwise.
